Public Notice is hereby given that the Department of Family Services intends to amend the following rules governing Child Support Enforcement in Wyoming: Chapter 2, Section 1 (Definitions) Chapter 4, Section 1 (Location) Chapter 5, Section 2 (Program Monitoring) Chapter 7, Section 1 (Federal Offset Program Notice and Due Process) Chapter 12, Section 5 (Intergovernmental Central Registry) Chapter 13, Section 1 (Safeguarding and Disclosure of Confidential Information) Chapter 16 (New Chapter in Intergovernmental Cases) The public comment period is from November 3, 2011 to December 19, 2011.
