Cost Allocation is responsible for allocating all costs to various programs so the state can be reimbursed by the federal government. Some of these expenditures are payroll, so we are required to do time studies and charge the correct programs.

Employees in county and state offices must complete time studies. If you're having trouble accessing your time study, including problems with usernames and passwords, contact PC/LAN. If you need help filling out your time study, please contact financial services.
